Return Policy

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be determined by the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

The return policy for all products in our online shop is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the day of delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

Other items that cannot be returned:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and will automatically be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 

 

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
